We, Fashion Trust Arabia, wanted to celebrate Pulse’s one-year anniversary in style and with panache. So, just like our 21 Arab powerhouses of 2021, we decided not only to never stop feeling the Pulse, but to embrace it loud and proud!
As you know, Pulse is an online platform absolutely dedicated to supporting and promoting creatives across the MENA region. So, we at FTA decided to work with Lebanese brand Emergency Room to create a stunning series of caps and bucket hats.
Why hats? Because they’re always stylish, and easy to wear, anytime and anywhere.
Why Emergency Room? Because we share with this Lebanese brand a common ethos of conscious, sustainable and responsible fashion: This capsule collection was produced solely with upcycled material.
We mixed and matched and played with different prints found in Tripoli’s souks, the more they clashed, the better. The beauty of what we do is that we work with what we find, we don’t have the luxury of choosing – and we make it work,” Eric Ritter, Emergency Room’s founder, said to Pulse. He added, “FTA is such a great platform, in that we don’t have many outlets working relentlessly to bring Arab creatives together”.
The hats are sold at Galeries Lafayette Doha, Al Othman in Kuwait City and on Emergency Room’s website.
