Hafsa Lodi

Hafsa Lodi is the author of Modesty: A Fashion Paradox, a non-fiction book published in 2020 that charts the rise of the global modest fashion movement. Inspired to continue her work and extend the spirit of her book, she founded modestish, an online content hub dedicated to covering the burgeoning modest fashion industry. Hafsa was born in New York City and now lives in Dubai. She has a Bachelor’s degree in journalism from Ryerson University in Toronto and a Master’s degree in Islamic Law from SOAS, University of London. She has written for Teen Vogue, Business Insider, Vogue Arabia, The National, Mojeh, Grazia Middle East, GQ Middle East, Arab News and more.
